At SMETS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Log into your SMETS account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the SMETS shipping box.

Attach the Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package over the previous delivery information.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
